1. Premium Subscription Services
Casibay offers subscription-based premium services that increase your ad visibility for a chosen number of days.
These include:
- Boost Plans – Your ad stays higher than regular ads and appears more often for the selected duration.
- Top Ad Promo – Your ad is placed in a special section above standard listings for increased exposure.

2. How to Subscribe
You can subscribe to premium services by:
- Visiting the Premium Services page on the website.
- Choosing a subscription when posting or editing an ad.
- On the app: go to Profile > Premium Services.
Select how many days you want your promotion to run, and complete payment.
3. Payment Methods
You can pay using:
- Online: Mobile Money, card payments, or supported e-wallets (processed securely via trusted providers).
- Offline: Pay at the bank using Casibay’s payment details.
Your payment is processed externally — Casibay never stores your card or banking info.
4. Subscriptions & Validity
- Each subscription runs for the exact number of days you selected when purchasing.
- Once your promo period ends, your ad returns to normal visibility.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must re-subscribe manually.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, even if:
- You delete your ad before the promo ends.
- Your ad is removed for violating Casibay’s terms.
- You don’t get offers or sales during the promo.
6. Unused Subscriptions
If you buy a promo and don’t use it within 12 months, it will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Credits Policy
7. What Are Credits?
Credits are virtual funds on Casibay that you can use to pay for subscriptions or services.
- 1 Credit = 1 Ghanaian Cedi (GHS)
8. Credits Expiry
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused credits after that period will expire.
9. No Cash Refunds or Transfers
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You may not sell, transfer, or trade credits outside the platform.
- Credits can only be used within Casibay.
10. Forfeiture of Credits
Casibay reserves the right to cancel credits if:
- Your account is inactive for over 12 months.
- You violate our Terms of Use.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Platform abuse is detected.
No refunds will be given in such cases.
11. Account Closure
If your account is closed — voluntarily or by Casibay — all unused credits will be lost and non-refundable.
