Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations and Copyright Infringement
Casibay (Casibay Ghana Limited and its affiliates, referred to as “we”, “us” or “Administrator”) respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of the Casibay platform (“Website” or “Service”) to do the same.
This page outlines how we handle copyright and trademark infringement claims related to any content posted on casibay.com and the Casibay mobile app.
Copyright Infringement Claims
If you are the owner of copyrighted content, or an authorized agent, and believe that material posted on Casibay infringes your rights, please notify us by sending a detailed Copyright Infringement Notice to:

Your notice must be in English and include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- A direct link (URL) or other precise location of the infringing content on Casibay.
- Your full contact information (name, phone number, and email).
- A statement that: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.”
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
💡 We strongly recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting a copyright complaint. False or fraudulent claims may result in liability for damages.
How We Respond
Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, Casibay may, at our discretion:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the content.
- Restrict or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
Trademark Infringement Claims
If you believe your registered trademark has been used improperly on Casibay, you may submit a Trademark Infringement Notice to:

Include the following details (in English):
- A physical or electronic signature of the trademark owner or authorized agent.
- Description and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content.
- A valid trademark certificate showing:
- Trademark name and registration number
- Country/region of registration
- Products/services covered
- Name and address of the trademark owner
- Your full contact information (email preferred).
- A statement that: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the trademark described above is not authorized by the trademark owner, their agent, or the law.”
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
Enforcement Actions
Once a valid notice is reviewed and verified, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material
- Inform the responsible user
- Restrict or permanently ban repeat violators
Important Disclaimer
Whether or not we remove access to content or suspend accounts, Casibay reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies for intellectual property violations.
We do not provide legal representation or indemnity to any user accused of infringement, unless explicitly stated otherwise in our policies.
