Is it free to post an ad?
Yes. Posting a standard ad on Casibay is free.
How do I post an ad?
Tap Post an ad, choose a category, add a clear title, price, description and photos, then add your region and phone number.
How many photos can I add?
You can add up to 5 photos, each up to 5 MB. The first photo is used as the cover.
Do I need an account?
You can browse without one. You will need an account to post ads, save ads and chat once those features are live.
Who can see my phone number?
Your number is shown only to buyers who tap Show phone number on your ad.
How do I stay safe when meeting a buyer or seller?
Meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying and never pay in advance. Read our Safety tips for more.
I forgot my password. What now?
Open the Sign in page and tap Forgot password. Enter your email and we will send you a reset link once accounts are live.
How do I report a suspicious ad?
Use the Report a problem page and tell us what you saw. Include the link to the ad if you can.
